Back in ACTION!!

Well it was very nice to get out again. My camera has been out of commission since Jan.24 and I just got it back on Friday. I was so excited when it arrived I quickly went out for a drive to see what I could find. Just a few minutes into my drive I saw a coyote that was already aware of my car coming down the road and he was making his way back further into the field. I stopped and watched him until he disappeared into cover. I continued driving and found a few red-tailed hawks, two turkeys, a porcupine, a few chickadees and two flocks of snow buntings. One flock had around 200 birds and the other had around 30. I thought I found a snowy owl as well but it was too far away for me to confirm or deny even with my binoculars and I didn't want to disturb it even if it was so I just left. I didn't get any decent pictures this time out but it was sure nice to be out there again seeing wildlife.
